Sarika Reddy Kolan is the visionary founder of Aksharam Early Childhood Education and a passionate advocate for STEM and STEAM learning in early years. Her academic journey includes a Bachelor's in Electronics and Communications Engineering and a Master's in Telecommunications from RMIT University, Australia.
With over 8 years of experience in customer service leadership, Sarika brings excellent communication and people-management skills into her educational approach. She believes in nurturing curiosity and instilling a lifelong love for learning through a balanced blend of play, experimentation, and exploration.
Her vision for Aksharam is to make STEM/STEAM accessible to all children by offering an integrated curriculum that builds a strong foundation in critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving—skills essential for the 21st century. Through her efforts, Sarika is shaping confident, capable, and innovative young minds ready to thrive in a technology-driven future.
